Flat Glass Handling Attachment
Designed a custom forklift attachment for a flat glass manufacturer to safely lift and transport 2.7-ton stacks of glass. The hydraulic system, controlled directly from the forklift lever, reduced manual handling risks and improved operational efficiency by 50%.
Cantilever Flat Roof Extension for Warehouse
Engineered a 5m wide x 30m long cantilever roof using the existing upright warehouse structure to minimize additional construction costs. The solution created 30% more weather-protected storage space while maintaining clear ground access for forklifts and operations.
Modular Roof Access Staircase
Designed a roof access staircase in 3 prefabricated modules for streamlined shipment and on-site assembly.
